Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within a certain timeframe. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make changes. Once an order has been processed for shipping and or fulfilled, modifications and cancellations are not possible - you will have to follow the returns procedure.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer various shipping options, including standard and express. The costs depend on the shipping method selected and your location. You can see the shipping fees at checkout before completing your purchase. Please note: larger furniture items are not held within store and therefore may take longer to process.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing hello@bubbaandme.co.uk or follow the instructions on our returns page.
