These classes are suitable from 6 weeks to crawling (or 8 weeks if you had a c-sec delivery).
They are a super relaxed and fun way to get back into exercise after having your baby. With an acknowledgement of all that your pregnant and birthing body has gone through, here we integrate core strength, pelvic floor work with general yoga toning, stretching and relaxing. Babies are included with song, baby yoga and massage.

Brigid Godwin has over 20 years' experience helping women prepare for birth and recover afterwards. She is a 500 hour British Wheel of Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher, Birthlight Perinatal and Postnatal teacher, Active Birth Teacher (trained by Janet Balaskas), KG Hypnobirth Diploma Holder, Mindfulness teacher, Advanced Women’s Wellness Practitioner, Mindbody coach and a trained doula.
